Dozens of activists demonstrated, today, Sunday, in front of the Red Cross headquarters in Gaza City, in solidarity with the hunger-striking prisoner Maher Al-Akhras.
A member of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, Sheikh Nafez Azzam, confirmed that when the occupation is unable to present a charge even if it was fabricated and invalid for Maher Al-Akhras and hundreds of his brothers in prison, the crime and the charge are ready.
Sheikh Azzam affirmed that Israel is well aware of the seriousness of the positions declared by the Jihad Movement and all the Palestinian people regarding the issue of prisoners, stressing that Palestine is alive and remains and the issue cannot die, and that the freedom of the prisoner Maher Al-Akhras is close, God willing.
