Rafah crossing was closed for two days, and about 1,400 people were able to travel

The Egyptian authorities closed the Rafah crossing on the Egyptian-Palestinian border today, provided that the closure will continue until Sunday morning, within the weekend.

The Crossings Authority confirmed the resumption of work at the crossing according to the mechanism set on Sunday morning, calling on citizens whose names are registered to travel to undergo a Corona examination.

In a related context, 1393 citizens were able to travel within a week, while 1628 citizens returned to the Strip, and the Egyptian authorities returned 117 citizens without giving reasons.
