The Ministry of Agriculture, in Gaza, said today, Monday, that a major disaster has begun to befall the animal production sector in Gaza, under the current circumstances.
She added in an appeal that “Dunia al-Watan” received a copy of, that the disaster came because of the lack of fodder needed to feed the animals, which led to the death of hundreds of thousands of poultry and animals, due to the intransigence of the occupation and its refusal to enter fodder from the Kerem Shalom crossing since the beginning of the war on the Gaza Strip.

The Ministry of Agriculture called on international and local bodies to put pressure on the occupation to allow the entry of fodder and grains needed to feed poultry and animals.
