The specialist in prisoner affairs, Abdel Nasser Farwana, said that the Israeli occupation has arrested (77) Palestinians from the Gaza Strip since the beginning of this year.

He explained in a statement that arrived together that most of them were arrested after crossing the eastern or northern borders towards the occupied territories in 1948.

He added, “Some citizens were arrested while passing through the Beit Hanoun/Erez checkpoint, and among them were those who were arrested at sea while working in the fishing profession.”
